Deep within... I find that even during the times I find myself thinking that I cannot go on...I find a strength...Deep within...when I am in the middle of a trial if I catch my breath...I find a reserve...Deep within...when I feel that things are demanding...I and energy I did not think I had...Deep within...when I am feeling stuck or trapped...I find an inspiration to break through...

Today, I give myself permission to find all that I sometimes hide away. Today, I honor the understanding of the strength that I have...Deep Within!
